Niji Japanese Restaurant was established on March 8, 2004, along Don Juico Avenue, Angeles City. It is the first and original Japanese restaurant in the city. The restaurant quickly became a popular spot for Japanese cuisine lovers, thanks to its delicious menu crafted by the respected and experienced itamae, Chef Kondo San. The menu features a wide range of dishes including sushi, sashimi, unagi, tempura, soba, udon, and yakitori. A significant milestone in Niji’s history was the opening of its second branch at The Infinity, Angeles City.
