Victory Mall Guagua is set to open in March 2026 in Guagua, Pampanga. The upcoming four-storey, fully air-conditioned mall will house a supermarket, various dining options, and a parking level with 145 slots. The project recently reached a major milestone with the completion of its topping-off ceremony.
