Chef Earl Bakehouse was born out of a deep passion for pastry and a dream to bring world-class desserts closer to home. Founded by Chef Earl Christian G. Alcanzare, a Pastry Chef with more than a decade of experience, the bakehouse reflects his dedication, craftsmanship, and love for creating memorable flavors.

After honing his skills as an Assistant Pastry Chef with Holland America Lines and Princess Cruises, Chef Earl returned to the Philippines with a vision—to share his expertise and create pastries, cakes, and desserts that tell a story in every bite.

With the support of One Pampanga, this vision continues to grow. Step by step, the network has provided referrals, connections, and opportunities that helped Chef Earl Bakehouse reach more clients and expand its presence. Through this community, Chef Earl Bakehouse is now also participating in mall events organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), giving us greater exposure and a wider platform to share our passion.
