   Day 1 · Departure from Pampanga and Baguio City Tour

   Meet at the designated pickup point for an early departure to Baguio. Stop for breakfast at your own expense, then visit selected city attractions. Have lunch at your own expense before hotel check-in, subject to the hotel’s check-in time. Enjoy an afternoon visit to Burnham Park and free time for dinner. Visit the Baguio Night Market if operating and weather permits.

2. D2

   Day 2 · La Trinidad and Baguio Scenic Highlights

   Have breakfast at the hotel, then travel to La Trinidad Strawberry Farm. Strawberry picking and purchases are optional and paid separately. Continue to selected Baguio attractions, with time for lunch, photos, and souvenir shopping. Return to the hotel after the tour. Dinner is at your own expense.

3. D3

   Day 3 · Leisure Time, Pasalubong Shopping, and Return to Pampanga

   Have breakfast at the hotel and prepare for check-out. Enjoy a final stop for pasalubong shopping before lunch at your own expense. Depart for Pampanga in the afternoon, with arrival time depending on traffic and road conditions.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be sent in writing to the booking contact. - 30 days or more before departure: all payments made are refunded, except the deposit. - 15 to 29 days before departure: half of the payments made, except the deposit, is refunded. - 14 days or less before departure, no-shows and early departures: no refund. The deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the trip. If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new date. Name changes are allowed up to 7 days before departure, subject to supplier approval and any fees they charge.

Waiver

By requesting this trip, I confirm that: - I will follow the instructions of the tour guide and our driver during the trip. - I am responsible for my valid IDs and travel documents, and for my own health and fitness for the activities. I will tell the organizer about any medical condition or allergy before the trip. - The agency acts as an organizer and is not liable for delays, changes, injury, loss or damage caused by force majeure, bad weather, road conditions, or the acts of third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport and activity providers. - The itinerary may change for safety or weather reasons. - I accept the cancellation policy and the other terms of this package.

All dates, hotel arrangements, room configurations, and special requests are subject to confirmation by the booking team. The itinerary and order of visits may change due to weather, traffic, road conditions, attraction closures, or local restrictions. Strawberry picking is seasonal and subject to farm availability. Purchases and activity fees are paid separately unless expressly included in the confirmed quote. Please disclose accessibility requirements, dietary requests, and any need for a child restraint before booking so the team can confirm available arrangements. For joiner departures, the booking team will confirm whether the minimum group size has been reached. If a departure cannot proceed, the available options will be communicated under the agency’s cancellation policy.
