Aeta sisters Rowena Sibal and Janet Sibal have officially earned their titles as Licensed Professional Teachers after passing the 2025 Licensure Examination for Teachers.
Despite the long journey to prepare for the exam, their determination never wavered. Every week, they would travel down from the mountains just to reach their review center in Angeles City, Pampanga, where internet access was available—and where hope felt closer.
Rowena showed remarkable perseverance, taking the exam five times and refusing to give up until she finally passed. Janet, on the other hand, achieved her dream on her very first take. Their story proves that distance, time, and hardship are never barriers to success when fueled by determination and faith.
