Could Pampanga be the next tech launchpad for Filipino talent?
A $2-billion global technology and innovation hub is set to rise across a 200-hectare site spanning Angeles City and Mexico, Pampanga, with plans to host over 100 international tech companies. The project aims to build a Silicon Valley–style ecosystem where new graduates and young professionals can start and grow careers in IT and emerging industries.
Businessman Dennis Uy said the development is expected to boost Pampanga’s economy and create world-class opportunities close to home. Growing up in Angeles City, Uy shared that this initiative is his way of giving back—building a local tech environment where Filipino talent can thrive without going abroad.
With innovation, jobs, and global companies coming in, Pampanga may soon shape the future of Philippine tech.
