The North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) Project Manager announced that the right-of-way (ROW) for four out of six stations in Pampanga—Apalit, Angeles, Clark, and Clark International Airport—has been fully handed over to the contractor. For the Malolos-to-Clark segment, around 76% of the ROW has already been turned over.
The NSCR project is being accelerated to address the growing demand for efficient commuter transport.
