Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has introduced House Bill No. 6504, which aims to provide a ₱50,000 tax deduction to eligible parents or legal guardians of Children with Special Needs (CSNs) and Youth with Special Needs (YSNs).

The tax deduction may be claimed if the amount is spent on therapy, medical evaluations, tutoring, transportation to schools or medical facilities, or specialized learning materials and assistive devices.
